New home, new Electrolux cooktop. We™™ve been the house for 2 months now and the center burner, the ring around it has started to corrode or at least it looks like corrosion because it™™s not a grease stain or anything else. I have tried to clean with every product available and nothing works. I™™m surprised and disappointed that the ring around the burner isn™™t stainless steel.

I have had this cooktop for about 3 months. I love it and it cooks really well. Grates are really hard to clean. They are so rough that any kind of cloth you use leaves fibers. Also, they scratch the cooktop so much.

Part of a new build, didn't pick it. If I had a choice, would never choose this. The front burners are so close to the controls, you can burn you hand if you're not careful. Burner sizes are too small. And the curved edges are awful - if you use a larger sized pan, it's not fully on the grates.

Purchased this new house in a new development. The knobs are so close it's hard to clean between. The surface seems "cheep" and doesn't clean well. Don't like how the knobs are easily turned ON without igniting it.

We got this cooktop as it was part of the build process for our new home. So far it has done the job we needed and the three removable grill tops makes it easy to clean the splatter and mess below. We have not really done much frying or any thing of that sort yet but there are some stains near the center burner that we cannot clean.

I was concerned when getting this cooktop that it would be too small - with a single large burner in the center, I thought I wouldn't be able to cook with two large pots/pans at the same time. It turns out that I actually have almost no use for the center burner as it's too large for most of my pots and pans. The smaller burners on the side are actually big enough to work well, boiling a large pot of water and cooking in a large skillet at the same time. I will say that I've not found cleanup to be super easy, and the finish has scratched easily (thanks to the rough grates), and the stovetop is a little narrow if two people are trying to cook at the same time, but that's all that drives down my rating here.

This gas cooktop came with my new construction townhome I moved into last month. After using this for about a month and a half, I couldn't be any more pleased. It has 5 burners that get scorching hot, and I love how easy it is to clean. In addition, it looks great in my house that is mostly in the theme of white, gray and neutral colors. So far, I do not have any complaints.

I purchased this 1400.00 cook-top at a local retailer here in Minnesota having less the 13 months the control knobs quite working the inserts fell out so we cannot turn our burners on bummer right? so this evening I call customer support and discuss my concerns and where I could buy replacement insert clips to my surprise they are not available to purchase. I then was on chat with support with Michael and he tells me I have to buy by the full knob at 54.75 per knob. Rediculious, I have 5 knobs So now that i spent this money on the stove top now I have to spend an additional 250.00 to replace my knobs. is this something that is explained in the manual?

The two large front burners are too close to the plastic knobs and when a large pan is used on either one of the front burners - the knobs melt! They are plastic! Not metal!Company charges $40-$50 per knob to replace - only to have them melt again!!I will NEVER buy an Electrolux gas cooktop again.

Very disappointed in this cook top. Controls are far too close to burners. They get hot when using the front burners, and they get slimed when cooking. You should have installed the controls on the lower front away from the burners.

Brought this product and on the 12-month anniversary of my purchase it blow-up (14 Feb 19). Had it installed in Mar of 2018. It is now 13 March 19, and I am still waiting on parts for repair. Product had defective tubing causing an internal gas link. Request for replacement stove was disapproved by company

The only burner that works well is the big one in the middle. The 4 smaller aren't powerful enough to boil water in a reasonable amount of time. They're good for simmering but not for stir fry or boiling water.Cleaning this stainless material has been a challenge to get the stains out without damaging the finish.

I've had this unit for a little bit over a year and 4 or the 5 knobs broke. The knobs are made of plastic crack over time or if a pan bumps into them. I use a set of pliers to turn on the burners when needed. Customer service quoted me about $40+ a knob to replace. The seems to be a common issue on this brand. I'll be replacing this unit soon, I cannot see myself spending $200 a year in knobs.

I have been using this cook top for the past month in my new home. The large and level cook surface allows you to slide pots without lifting. The 5 burners functions nicely with multiple pots and pans with plenty of space. It's easy to clean and looks great.

The knobs are so bad quality they started braking after 6 months of use and after a year of use they all are broken. Each knob costs $62 meaning I have to spend another $310 to replace all of them. For a $ 1400 product I expected better quality and not having to replace all the knobs after a year. Absolutely I wouldn't recommend this product.
