Great for a few months

i love the tv and picture quality, but after a few months it just turned off on its own. when i try to turn it on the tv will turn on and you can see the black screen, then after about 3 seconds it turns back off. a few seconds later it turns itself back on and repeats the turning off and on until you unplug it. i filed a warranty claim and service was scheduled. the service has been cancelled and rescheduled 5 times now and it has been almost a month without the tv. that's a great way to run out your warranty time, just don't actually service the tv. this is beyond unacceptable and i will never ever buy another samsung product again.

Nice size but poor picture quality

i was so happy to get this tv and the size is perfect. i love samsung but this tv let me down. the image quality is so bad and its blurry and looks like it's dark and has such bad lighting. my old tv was much better than this. i dont want to return it but ive been messing around with the settings and cant find anything to make it desirable, especially when some settings are hollowed out. lowkey disappointed.

Not 120hz @ 4k

this is not!!!! a 4k 120hz tv. with game mode on, the hdmi 2.1 cable plugged into port 4 (game) and a rtx gforce 3090, the most you can do on this display is 60hz @ 3840x2160. on page 131 of this model's e manual it even says so. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/um/202004/20200403095308351/nikatsct-3.0.1_em_nike_usa_eng_200323.0.pdf no where on the box or on line in the products description does it make you aware of this. the samsung rep in the store i went to told me i can use this in 4k @120hz, i was lied to. now the retailer i went to wants a 20% restocking fee for a product that 100% deceptive on its packaging and in its supporting information on samsung's product page. caveat emptor.

Big flaw

samsung tvs are mostly great. but it would seem there is a major flaw in the software for which the company has yet to find a fix. my tv will sometimes lose connection to my wifi router, and when i go to reconnect, the tv wont even pick up the signal for my wifi anymore. i've searched for answers online and have found that this is a fairly common problem with many owners of samsung tvs, and the suggested troubleshooting is always the same: reset your tv, check the strength of your wifi signal. i don't have this problem with my wifi on any other device, and i sure as heck shouldnt have to reset my tv once a month. it's maddening, save yourself the trouble.

qled is not worth the price. many other products have better picture. i received a q60t, was not impressed by the setup or the picture quality. sound quality was really bad. could easily get the same quality for half the price. customer service is difficult to reach. you have to wait in queue for hours.

love this tv - great picture, and the interface is even better. with one remote i can control most everything. even though it has apple tv built in, i connected my apple tv 4k because of a couple of the apps. and i bought a nice samsung soundbar for it because the tv sound was a little "tinny". but the soundbar is great, and everything is sync'd up so only one remote is needed. the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the spotty audio when screen casting from any of my apple devices. streaming to the external apple tv is perfect - streaming to the television is spotty at best. thankfully, i don't have to do that often. great tv.

I've had the tv setup for about a week now with full features and love it so far. It is a bit sensitive when it comes to compensating for environmental noise. I frequently use the apps that are available to use and download. The loading time between apps is slightly slower than I had hoped. Overall the picture quality is amazing and sound fills the entire room very well without turning up the volume too high. It also interacts with Google Assistant well.

I Love the way it fits perfectly mounted up and is the center of attraction as you step into the room. The picture makes any movie a good movie to watch. Sound is good but would really fill the room if it had a Soundbar. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would buy it again if I had to do it all over. have zero issues with the tv - has been installed and works perfectly. ambient mode is new to me and cool to mess around with since this is in my office. my main issue is spending this amount of money on a tv and it not including the $5 mounting hardware. what kind of cheap nonsense is this? talked to support and they said i needed to buy the q80t or higher to get the mounting screws, what a joke. if you're not going to include the mounting kit - at least include an easy to find sku for the information. such a stupid thing to not include for a $900+ tv. make sure you spend that extra $400 if you want the mounting kit guys!

It is amazing how the technology of TVs have advanced to where they are nowadays. Samsung has wowed us since our recent purchase of the 55" Q70T. The detail is insanely crisp and the colors are spectacular. Surely, it has the finest quality picture we ever owned. The sound is pretty good, too. We were waiting to hear the on board speakers before considering a sound bar; we've not yet experienced the need to rush out and get one. The software interface is pretty good, totally functional, but I do look forward to some improvements with future updates. The remote is very form fitting and once you get the voice option setup (it uses Google assistant-which is somewhat foreign to a Mac head family), it works ok. The phone app remote is a little clunky and most notably lacks a keyboard interface. Notwithstanding criticisms, we are very pleased with this TV and would certainly recommend Samsung to anyone in the market for one!

I purchased this TV to put in my gym, as I wanted to be able to cast my Treadmill and Bike instructors on a larger screen. I also wanted to be able to enjoy watching TV and streaming while having a more leisurely workout. Thus far, this has been a great purchase. The TV was easy to set up, and I got it connected to by wi-fi within moments. All in all, this continues to be a quality evolution of a good Samsung product. My only frustration is the remote. It's impossibly difficult for me to navigate, to a point where I just wish the TV was a touchscreen so I could get to where I need easier. But that aside, all is great and good with this TV.

When I connected it it practically set itself up! Made all connections and asked for info. I hear you say "most TVs do that." Yes, but not to the extent of this one. Setup was effortless. Lets talk picture. Gorgeous picture! 4k is bright and vibrant! Connected to my game console and gaming has never been so much fun! Also, for a TV speaker, sound is great! Has more bass than I have ever heard on other TV speakers. I listen to musick and can make my family complain from the volume level when playing games, JUST WITH THE TV's OWN SOUND!

55" Class Q70T QLED 4K UHD HDR Smart TV (2020)

I figured it was time to upgrade my 12 year old, 48" Sony Bravia TV. So, I decided to purchase the 55" Samsung Q70T TV after having upgraded another TV in the house to a 65" Samsung Q70 over the summer, and seeing how beautiful the picture was. First, let me say that the picture on the 55" Samsung Q70T is in my opinion...AMAZING! Second, this TV was easy to take out of the box, and get setup in about 30 minutes or less. Third, the Samsung 55" Q70T offers value, and has every feature you could ever want in a television, at a price most people can afford. I have only owned this TV for two weeks, and I am really enjoying all the great features of my new TV.

This tv is amazing!

Set up was easy, great picture, easy to find everything from all the apps to using the firestick on it. So many options with the side by side screens for game day. Connecting to my account was super easy. Kept all of the recorded shows we watch. The only thing I had to change was the speed of the voice. It was set on super fast when I got it up and running. It adjusts the screen automatically for the lighting used in the room! Makes glare an absolute non issue!! Wish my older Samsung TV had that!! It's so great for my husband's man cave!! Perfect size. We had to have one with the center leg because of the entertainment unit and the 55 inch is the best size for the room It's in. I can use my phone or tablet to run it. It connects to all the Samsung products I have!! It has enough HDMI and USB ports for anything you may want to add. DVD player was a snap to connect to it. Couldn't be happier. Samsung is my go to brand because they work!! The price isn't excessive and you always get quality products and service to go with it.

Every day since I got this television I've found another reason to love it. Great with my Xbox One X for gaming, comparing nicely to my monitor on my PC. Crisp, clean and not just for gaming but any tv show and movie. Nature shows are a complete new experience and visually spectacular.

Samsung QLED TV has a fantastic bright display with colors that really pop! My samsung QLED produces picture Clarity that's vibrant while watching my favorite shows movie's and sports. Watching a show while the TV is displaying in UHD or 4K seems almost as if the picture is in 3D at times.For the TV's price range one of the best. I love how simple simple the controller is.

I have had this TV for some time and I love it. The picture is good and the black level is perfect for me. The apps work great and easily manageable. I'm able to add more and move them where I want. I wish the sound was lower, but I only have issues because my ac is loud. When is off, I'm happy. My firestick works great with my Samsung remote. Using my phone and computer with my TV is seamless.

I own three samsung TVs and i am very happy with them all. They very good features and the picture quality is outstanding. They are very easy to operate and have very detailed instructions on how to set up. I will not have any brand tv other than samsung. Every electronic device I own is Samsung (phones and tablets are samsung) and I have never had any problems with any of them. I can't say enough good things about the quality of their products.
